Our phased approach ensures foundational elements are robustly established before moving seamlessly into mass production and digital integration.


PRICING & SCHEDULING
This category focuses on creating a robust, legally sound, and production-ready visual identity.
Option A: Logo Refinement & Production Prep
This package is ideal for clients who have an existing logo that requires professional polishing, optimization for print, and foundational brand rules.




Option B: Full Logo Design & Brand Foundation
This package is for new ventures or existing brands requiring a conceptual redesign from scratch.


Once the core branding is approved, this phase focuses on designing, formatting, and preparing the necessary physical materials for mass production vendors.




These services focus on extending your brand identity effectively across online platforms and engaging audiences through compelling digital assets.
1. Custom Website Design & Content Creation
We specialize in sleek, mobile-responsive builds using platforms like Squarespace, Hostinger, or WordPress, optimized for visual artists and e-commerce readiness.




2. Social Media Ad Package Production
Production of visual assets tailored for high-impact social media advertising campaigns




3D Landscape Design & Visualization
Utilizing industry-standard software, we create photorealistic 3D renderings for architectural visualization, product mockups, or residential/commercial land planning.




For tasks that fall outside the defined scope of our fixed-price packages—including rush jobs, complex revisions beyond agreed rounds, or specialized tasks—work is billed on an hourly basis.




NEXT STEPS TO BEGIN YOUR PROJECT
If any of our services or packages align with your budget and vision, the first step is to formalize the scope of work.
To move forward, please provide the following:
1. Completion of the Client Intake Form (Submit to: tlhutton@yocoyadesign.com)
2. Current Assets: A copy of your existing logo file(s) (AI, EPS, or PSD preferred) or any relevant creative brief material.
3. Visual Examples: Any examples of designs or collateral you intend to mass-produce or visualize.
Upon confirmation to proceed, a formal Service Contract and Non-Compete Agreement will be issued outlining the detailed deliverables, timeline, and payment schedule. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to begin Phase 1 or any new service package.
